National Squad Training
Well done to Sam & Olly Verwyst and Baran Ramsubhag for attending the national team squad training today. It was a hard three hour session based around footwork, movement and counter hitting so it's good to know that at Gravesend and Medway we're training in the same way as the national team.
It was a fantastic effort - I hope you enjoyed it.
